I would doubt it. Amber Cove is a private stop similar to Mahogany Bay in Roatan. There may be one outside the port though.

I was outside the pier area 4 weeks ago I have a 2nd home there itook some pictures of the area from the side and main roads

I just read about this place that Carnival is pumping in a lot of money for their use. I might just book something around Thanksgiving 2016 to see a little of DR and check it out... Am kind of booked until then. :D :cool:
