Dock or tender?

Do all ships dock in Bermuda, or do the larger ships (eg. Empress) require tendering in at any of the ports? I was on Zenith last year and enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk on and off the ship throughout the day while it was docked in St. Georges and Hamilton.

Normally you always dock in Bermuda. The exception is when weather conditions prevent you from entering St. George and you must divert to Hamilton and two other ships are already docked there. Then you must tender into Hamilton. Large ships like QE2 which infrequently visit Bermuda must tender.
