hi going on a mini cruise at the end of April stopping at Bruges and Le Havre the ships excursions are a bit on the expensive side for four of us has any one done these on their own and could you give me any advice or information to help us, we would like to visit Paris most of all.:confused:

We're doing this one as well. Bruges is a lovely place and great just to spend the time wandering around. We got a taxi there last time with another couple and can't remeber the price but it wasn't too bad between four of us - euro wasn't good then unlike now.

 

As for Paris, as its a good 2 1/2 to 3 hours we decided to book a RC tour, quite pricey but worth it to me. We'll get a great tour of the sights as well as the Louvre which is what we want to see most.
