Shuttle Pickup Time Concern

Shuttling from Fort Lauderdale to Miami for our cruise. Pick up is noon. Is that cutting it a little close with pick up of 12 people & all our luggage and traffic to Miami? Don't want to seem like a nervous nellie, but someone else in the group made the arrangements. Cruiseline says passengers must be onboard 2 hours before sailing...which means onboard by 2:00. Should I be concerned, aside from feeling rushed?

40-45 minutes from FLL area to POM - you should be fine. The shuttle may be picking you up after dropping off customers he is picking up at POM and dropping at FLL or nearby hotels.
