When will shore excursions be open for booking 5/2016

Hello could someone tell me when shore excursions for 5/2016 cruise will be ready to book? Do they have a exact date or it just shows up? I have not sailed Carnival in years looking to do the Breeze any feed back would truly be helpful??

I have a Jan 2016 cruise scheduled. When I contacted Carnival, I was told the shore excursions for Jan 2016 would be loaded about 275 days out from cruise.

 

Others have said they were told the 2016 excursions would be loaded this June.

 

In reality, it will occur whenever Carnival decides it is time.

Hahaha. Agreed. I can't book our January or April excursions yet (for 2016).

I specifically called carnival and asked about my January 2016 cruise yesterday because I just wanted someone to tell me so I could stop wasting my time looking every day. I was told specifically at the 6 month mark which for my cruise would be in June. The woman said she was unsure if it would be in the beginning of June or the end of June but it would be that month. It seems to me that the day of early excursion booking, prior to 6 mo, are no more. According to the Carnival rep I spoke with that is their "policy" So if you want to know when yours will be available I would say it would be safe to guess that its the 6 month mark form your cruise, but it could be anytime within that month. :) Hope this helps!

This had been explained to me years before and I believe it still holds true...

 

There's not a specific date range of "# of days out".

 

They can't contact all the operators until all dates of the following year are announced and final. This happens each spring. Then the operators give them their tickets to load and sell. This happens late spring/early summer.

 

So by this June/July, all of 2016 dates should be ready.
