TA. Which side is best

It is really going to depend on the route the ship is going which side will have the better views.

 

When we cruised the Med in 2013, since the ship was (for the most part) traveling South the port side got most of the land views. Check the map on the itinerary and see which direction the ship spends most of its time sailing and then decide ;)

Actually my concern is sun. I have skin problems and need to avoid it as much as possible. I have a cove on port side for the TA Europe to NY. Any suggestions will be welcomed. Thank you.

 

 

I haven't stayed in a cove, but seeing where they are on the other dream class ships it seems you are shaded by both the overhang of the lifeboats and the hull enclosure.

Maybe someone who has sailed in one can help you with how much sun you might get out there.
