My wife and I have already booked the SPB tour for St. Petersburg and the ship's cruise tour to Berlin (concerned about timing). Any recommendations for private or ship tours for our other ports of call. eg. Amsterdam, Stockhom, Copenhagen & Helsinki). Thanks
