Celebrity 123Go Prepaid Gratuities

About four weeks ago I booked a suite on the Solstice and am supposed to have prepaid gratuities, $300 onboard credit and premium drink package. My confirmation still does not show the prepaid gratuities. I called them and they said it would take up to ten days. It has been almost four weeks and still not showing up. I called Celebrity again and they said it may take up until our sailing date (February 2016). Does this seem right to you? How long should it take for all the included offers to show up on my confirmation? I/we are novice cruisers (taking first cruise in May 2015) so I really do not know if I should be concerned.

Mine showed up within a few days. If I were you, I'd follow up.

Give them another call, miami usually apply it in a few days. Ask for them to send you a revised invoice with it all on
