For anyone that has stopped in Laguna San Rafael

Our Oceania cruise has a tender stop in Laguna San Rafael, Chile.

Checking the charts, it says it tenders at Paso Quesahuen... which appears to be in the middle of nowhere. :p

Does anyone have experience with a stop at this "port?"

Thanks...

We did a stop at Laguna San Rafael a few years ago. Hopefully you can see the photos on the link below. We were on Regent (Oceania's "sister" company) and did anchor in the "middle of nowhere" and take a 300 person catamaran to the Glacier. One of our better days on this trip. Weather dependent, of course, but one of the best glacier viewing stops we've ever had.:D
