How about finding a free wifi hotspot and going on cruise critics and post loads of threads on port stops without any information on what cruise ship and when travelling, so it fills up the time line.

Oh, too late, you have already done that.

You are obviously on the same cruise as us . We love Ajacio and it has a small safe beach within a short walk of the dock the town is also nice to have a walk round. So we will shop, swim & perhaps look for free WiFi. Looking like the weather is going to be very hot 😁

Thanks pension cruiser , I'm guessing you join dream on the 18 th July? Beings your first port is olbia, are you on a week or two?, looking at the ports I am happy to DIY most , except when in Livorno on the 14 th July as hoping to visit Florence /Pisa. Ideally I would like to use Rome in limo again, but would need to form a group of 8 to be worthwhile , will work out at 75 euros each person then. We used them last year for a tour to rome.

No we are off tomorrow actually then our next four cruises are booked on Celebration. Very excited at the moment will post report on return 😀

Directly outside Ajjacio Port you will find a open top bus tour and a road train tour. We opted for the road train tour approx. 12euro each for a 90 minute tour which took in various sights and went all the way to the Sanguine Islands. Well worth the money, and was able to see so much more than on foot. And brought you back to the port at the end where we had a browse around the local area (shops,market and cafes).
