As we paid for the cruise on this card I assume you can set up your onboard account on Amex - but do they make any additional charges for this?

 

Can anyone tell me what hold they put on the card? We have two cabins with 2 adults and 1 child in one, and 1 adult and 1 child in the other.

Amex is accepted by P&O.

Regardless of which card you are paying with, a hold or reservation is put on your card on a daily basis to the value of your spend at that time.
