Ecstasy vs. Elation Décor

Had planned to be on the Ecstasy for the 3rd time Nov 28 but now it’s the Elation. I know the deck plans are basically the same but was just wondering what the difference in décor and color schemes are. Any Elation interior pictures?

Elation is not as "Bright" as Esctasy. Beautiful atrium and no "purple" lights in the Buffet area. Much nicer ship overall and you'll appreciate the lounges/bars as they are a little more late 90's decor rather than the late 80's early 90's flash look on the Esctasy.

No comparison! Those black lights in the buffet on the ecstacy need to be junked!

The Elation is a real beautiful ship.I first went on her when she was a couple of months old and found her elegant.

On the other hand, there is much to support my opinion that the Ecstacy is pretty gaudy, like an old vegas casino.

Some details are striking. For example, the disco on the Ecstacy is plain, with construction looking yellow/black rails.

The Disco on the (Jeckyll and Hyde club) was fancier, with statues that would move their arms and heads. I wonder if they still work?

The Jekyll and Hyde Dance Club on Elation is a real gas, but other than that the Ecstasy is far more glitzy and less reserved than her. Elation is by far the nicer looking ship, and she's probably in a lot better shape considering she's 6 years or so newer. Carnival hasn't been taking the best care of their ships lately- from what I've heard and from firsthand experience, so the newer the ship the better off you may be- despite some of the older ones being great ships.

The Elation is 100x more beautiful then the Ecstasy! Although they are both great!

The Cabins are great! I like both the Inside and Ocean view! A balcony room on Fantasy class ships are really no different then the OV and inside! But whatever you pick you are still gonna have a BLAST!

Well the Ecstasy orange rooms are so birght that I had planned to leave my nightlight at home this time so I would have more room for a bottle:D . Guess I will have to drink a little less this trip.
