Anyone used Advanced Airport Cars lately?

I found a reference to Advanced Airport Cars for trips originating out of Southampton in a thread from about 4 years ago. Has anyone used them more recently? If so, would you recommend their service?

We used them two years ago (which is more recent than four :) ) and had a terrible experience with them. My very brief comments about that experience are in the short linked thread below (where the next poster said they'd had a similar reaction to them). I could have elaborated further (I didn't even mention that the driver didn't show up to meet us at the dock when and where he was supposed to, as that turned out to be the least of it that day), but the bottom line is that they were terrible and personally I'd steer clear of them without some truly recent and truly positive recommendations.
