Anyone use Island Kayaking Adventure for Bio Bay?

I just heard from this company and they will pick us up at our hotel in Isla Verde and transport us to Fajardo for $20 pp with the tour being $40 pp. I know Bio Bay is great. I'm just trying to find out if this is a reputable, fun company to go with.
