Eastern vs. Western Caribbean June 2016

I am planning a group cruise for next June, 2016 on either the Getaway or the Escape from Miami. The group will be active adults in their 40's with elementary to high school aged kids. It will be quite a large group with approx. 50-100 people. I am torn between two itineraries in mid-June. The Eastern on the Escape has 3 days at sea and St. Thomas, Tortola and Nassau and the Getaway has 2 days at sea with Roatan, Harvest Caye, Costa Maya and Cozumel. These will all be active families that enjoy beaches. I cannot decide if Harvest Caye would be better than another sea day. Thoughts? Would you pick one itinerary over the other? The ships are both pretty similar, with the Escape just being bigger and better.
