Breeze Hub App for kids after update

Anyone use the HUB chat feature after the April update that now allows kids to have chat access. It says with cabin/travel list. Seeing if you have 2 cabins with kids on one how does that work. Can they only contact the other cabin member or will the adults in second cabin count?.
