Question About Booking Numbers?

I currently have a cruise booked for the end of Aug. I am taking that cruise with a girlfriend, I have known since 3rd grade.

When I go into Manage My Cruise, I see our booking #.

There also was a button that said add another cruise. Since I have also booked a B2B cruise, for the end of Sept, with my hubby, I added the 2 additional booking #'s.

The problem is, I can bring up the 1st cruise by clicking on the booking#, and then clicking on cruise details. Works fine, I see the details of that cruise.

When I try to click on either of the booking #'s for the Sept cruises, it shows our names, the dates, the ship, just fine.

But, when I try to click on cruise details, for either of the Sept cruises, I get the information on the Aug cruise only.

Is this normal? Do I have to wait til after the Aug cruise, to see the details of the Sept cruises, or is this a glitch in the system?

I hope I'm explaining this plainly enough, for some help. Thanks

It sounds like there is a "glitch" as you put it. I've never had a problem seeing the details of my next cruise, and those following it when I have been fortunate enough to have more than one booked at a time.

You might try clearing the "cache" in your browser, or try a different browser.

Good Luck, I would be frustrated not being able to see the details of an upcoming cruise.

I know they won't let you see your cruise DOCUMENTS until you have made final payment. But I have not seen it showing the wrong cruise info for a booking number. They should all be separate "tabs" under "Manage My Bookings" make sur eyou mouse click on the tab of the correct bookin gnumber to seet hat one's info. If it still is incorrect then it is most likely some sort of computer glitch on their end.

I think Carnival is having trouble with their website recently. Every day at some point during the day I've had trouble seeing my special offers. One hour I can see them, then later in the day I can't or vice versa.

Carnival seems to have a lot of off and on website woes IMO, and that has been the case for a long time. I do not like their new GUI used for booking either. It isn't user friendly. I can take time to apply filters to narrow down what I want to see, and if I change the month, it loses all the filters I've set and I have to redo them. What a pain! They seem to go more for cute factor than they do for functionality.

I'm not sure this is true. I have two active bookings, both months before final payment is due, and I have repeatedly gone into the "cruise documents" with no problem at all.

I agree. I, too, have several cruises booked with payment pending. I can look at the cruise documents but what I can not do is print my boarding pass until final payment is made.

Well ok.. I could be wrong there or maybe that is something they recently changed. Maybe it was just the boarding pass I couldn't see/print before final payment... so that is not the problem then.. must be a system problem then..

They have been having issues lately. I tried printing my documents for my cruise coming up this weekend and it would not let me open them all at once (the boarding pass, luggage tags and documents) I had to click on each individually and then it would give them to me.. but then they were not recognized as a pdf even though they were.. I just told the computer to open them with Acrobat...

Not a huge deal but somewhat time consuming with 2 bookings needing to print out everything...
