Is there are formal nights on NCL Spirit 12 nights Mediterranean?:confused:

Technically, NCL doesn't have a formal night anymore. What they have is "Norwegian's Night Out" (but it's basically the same thing.) It is not mandatory by any means, but you will see people dressed anywhere from shorts and t-shirts to business casual to full on formal.
