Elation 5 day cruise dining menu

Does anyone happen to have a copy of the dining menu for a 5 day cruise on the Elation. My 12 year old has recently been diagnosed as a diabetic and we are counting carbs like crazy. I just thought if someone had the menu I could do my homework before going and have a general idea of carb counts so vacation could be a little more relaxing. She's very diligent about trying to do this right and gets very frustrated when we have to try to figure things out on the fly. Any help would be appreciated. I'd rather not be the center of attention in the dining room with a 12 year old having a melt down.:eek:

There is also a recent elation review that connects to a blog that had really good elation info. I was going to suggest zydeco too
