Embarkation Day on Med Summer Cruise

We are very much looking forward to two weeks on the QV on the 29th August.

 

Having only done trips from Southampton previously, my question is the following: as embarkation day in Athens will be mid-way through others' cruise, is there more going on than a standard embarkation day? I.e. Will afternoon tea be served?

 

We are also interested to know whether our Day 7 in Athens will have the same amount going on as a normal day mid-cruise or will be much quieter as others are joining the ship.

On embarkation you will be at Muster Stations at 16.00 & so will most of the Staff Afternoon Tea will be highly unlikely.
