Question about Ocean Players Club

Hello!

 

I have a friend that's new to Ocean Player's Club and cruising. She's only been on one cruise and apparently qualified for several really good (I'm jealous) casino cruise offers. Unfortunately (or not), she booked another Carnival cruise prior to receiving those.

 

My question (for her) is, I did a quick search and it looks like you use to be able to call and see if you qualified for any onboard comps/gifts/etc. I've searched the OPC website and cannot find a phone number other than reservations.

 

Do they still do that? If so, how would she reach out to see if she's qualified?

They no longer accept phone calls and want you to email.
