Marseille Tours

A question for those that have been to Marseille. We are on Holland America ship that docks in Marseille. It's a Sunday. I am trying to find some shared tours for 6-8-12 people and they require a minimum of 8 to start a new group. I was a little late with my reservations, thus joined roll call a little late as well. I missed the groups organized by others, so now looking for something just for the 2 of us. Actually, there is another couple that is interested, but still not 8. Our roll call is kind of slow, no something that I experience on other cruises, specifically Princess. Always found a lot of people and fun energy. I am having hard time finding a tour for 2 or 4 at a decent price. The question is: how realistic it is to arrange something on the spot once we get off the ship? If not right there, perhaps take a shuttle to town or a taxi in port to arrange a tour for 2 or 4? Has anyone done this? If so, how much did it cost? We are interested to go to Provence, Cassis, and Marseille. Any suggestions / thoughts are appreciated.
