Does anyone have the direct phone number or any information to contact the carnival players club to see what perks I may have in store for my upcoming cruise based on my last cruise playing-thank you.

They won't take phone calls anymore, you need to email them at casino@carnival.com. I did that a few weeks ago, and had a return email from them in just a couple of hours!

I'm getting $75 cash and immediate drinks on us card. They made a comment that any in cabin amenities will be sent by the casino host, so we'll see if we get sent anything else, but I'm happy with the cash and drink card [emoji1]

While on the Carnival Legend in early June, I was comp'd a free meal at the Steak House W/Bottle of Wine for DW and myself, got a plate of cookies, and received a Bounce Back. Supposed to have $150 and D.O.U. when I get on Carnival Triumph in a couple months!

 

The Casino was nice to me on the Legend, let's see if it keeps it up on the Triumph.

I gave them my guest number, booking and cabin number, and sail dates. I've been on the Triumph three times before, and have usually gotten cookies, sparkling wine, chocolate covered strawberries, etc over the course of the cruise, even on the ones that weren't a premier cruise. It's the second regular cruise that I've gotten the drink card right away, of course you automatically get it on the premier cruises. I've found the Triumph hosts to be very generous.

On our past several cruises we have gotten wine,fruit,water,photo & drink coupons etc. Just got an email that we do not qualify this time...we sure played a lot more on our past cruise! They said to check with the casino host once on board for any on board comps. Has anyone done that?

I just received the same exact message! We also played quite a bit on our last sailing in April and each received drinks on us cards during that sailing after reaching the required points and continued to play until the last day. I am going to check with the casino host once on board.
