Moving A Reservation?

Is it possible to move a reservation with another TA to Carnival? If so, how? DH& I have always reserved directly through Carnival, but they were sold out of balcony guarantees on the Carnival website for our Dec. 17th trip on the Triumph. We were able to get a balcony guarantee through Travelocity.com, so we went ahead and booked through them. I really prefer having a PVP that I can call up or e-mail to get all of my questions answered, make changes to seating preferences, etc. So, has anybody moved a reservation over to a Carnival PVP? How did it work?
