Formal Night(s) On a 7-Nighter?

Hi! In the past I've only done 3-5 night cruises with one formal night (usually the first day at sea). This time we'll be on the Triumph for 7 nights. How many formal nights are usually on a Carnival 7-night cruise? What nights are they? I know on our most recent cruise we made the mistake of not getting our formalwear professionally pressed before we left, planning on doing it once we got onboard. But the laundry service was closed on embarkation day, so we got stuck paying for "express service" the first day at sea and were sweating bullets that our garments wouldn't be ready in time for the Captain's Cocktail Party, even though we sent them down to the laundry service the minute they opened. I'm just trying to gauge what to bring and whether I need to get it pressed beforehand this time. Thanks!
