Bermuda Shore Excursions

I am going on the Celebrity Horizon from Philadelphia (9/24) and was wondering about the shore excursions. They are usually a rip-off to buy from the ship. I did cruises to both the Eastern Caribbean and French Polynesian Islandas, and booked cruises after leavin the ship. Usually there are several tour reps waiting for you. Is this the same in Bermuda? Any must sees?

 

I saw the Hartley's Helmet Dives. Can that be booked on shore as well?

Something to remember about the price difference: Many times a shore excursion will include the cost of transportation, if you arrange your own transport by bus or ferry, it will cost you $4 each way.
