After reading the other threads, I was starting to wonder if it was Battery Backed Bob.

 

Seriously though, is it a chocolate monkey that the OP is looking for the recipe for? Or one of the drinks they serve as specialty on a cruise or one that she had while in a port? That would make a difference on what goes in it, as different venues tend to put their own spin on different drinks.

The "old recipe"

 

1.5 oz Bailey's

1.5 oz Cream of Coconut

1 oz pineaplle juice

1/2 banana

Blend with crushed ice

 

the "New" RCCL recipe

 

Mix 1.5 oz Baileys with some premixed BBC concoction.

Doesn't taste like the real thing.
