You should look into tours. There is really nothing in this port it is just a dock location.

Puntarenas is right next door (so to speak) so do some searchs of this forum for both Puntarenas and Caldera, I'm sure you'll find something interesting. I have posted some Web Sites to tours and a nice map of the area so you can can a lay of the land.
