UBP & Spring Break

Sorry if this has been asked before! I couldn't seem to find it.

 

I remember there being blackout dates for the UBP when I was planning my last cruise. My family is now looking to cruise during my sister's spring break, March 6th-13th. We have pre-booked with the onboard deals and such, and simply have to switch our booking to this and will still have the UBP. Are the blackout dates still in effect? I looked at the terms and conditions and it looks like it's been removed, or I at least can't seem to find it. Thanks for any help!

Hi, last year you had to be 25 to buy/get the UBP during Spring Break weeks, did that change also?
