longshot, but Voyager cabin question 8246/8248

Does anyone know anything about these cabins on the Voyager, I know what type of room it is, and that it's directly across from the elevators. I was wondering if there is an obstructed view, noisy, or any other info would be appreciated.

 

Also, is there a way to look on the RCCL website which tells you which cabins have obstructed view from the balcony?

I believe there is a hallway and the elevators are on the other side.
