Planmaam Posted July 26, 2015 #76 Share Posted July 26, 2015 Travelling with sisters and our DHs. All of us in suites for the first time. Breakfast (and lunch, when excursions allow) in Cagney's. The thermal spa with DSs Cool weather and fall colors. Visiting some new states for the first time. First cruise as Platinum. Another week of vacation after the end of the cruise, the 6 of us driving through NY, VT, and NH back to Boston. Seeing friends outside of Boston before returning to reality. Coastalbreezes Posted July 26, 2015 #77 Share Posted July 26, 2015 My next cruise will be the Escape transatlantic (my first T/A) and I am excited to be 10 days at sea AND on a brand new ship. That is followed six days later when my son and I will be on the Escape inaugural. So looking forward to spending lots of time exploring this new ship and all that she has to offer. I decided on the 14 day because it visits different ports each direction (one repeat of Halifax). Wishing we could do it this year - but timing and $$ were not right. Enjoy - and report back about how the trip went.

Misself Posted July 27, 2015 #84 Share Posted July 27, 2015 Great thread :-) I'm most looking forward to: My first solo cruise - I do enjoy my holidays with my usual cruise buddies, but really looking forward to going solo this time. Trying NCL for the first time and in particular the Studio cabin. The Epic Thermal Spa Meeting lots of people of different nationalities. My cruises are usually with P&O so predominately British passengers, so am very excited to be cruising with people from all 4 corners of the globe ;-) Seeing some 'Dancing horses' in Spain. and probably so much more....!! weltek Posted July 29, 2015 #87 Share Posted July 29, 2015 I saw a photo of a ship's deck chairs today, and almost cried in longing. I cannot WAIT for the first sea day, with my book, the sun, a warm breeze and those chairs. Yet...how can I hope JANUARY gets here fast? I can't say that aloud. :-)
