Souvenirs

IMO, the best souvenir from Belize is a zericote bowl or other wooden carvings. These are available at higher prices along the tender pier or at reasonable, bartering prices at the crafts market across the street. Second best souvenir is a bottle of One Barrel Rum. Stay away from the cashew wine. You may think the Chocolate Factory would have good souvenirs but anything you buy there won't last pat the tender ride back to the ship.:D

I usually look for woodcarvings. Have a pretty good collection. Money is another thing that I collect. ;);) I have small bills and coins from several different countries.

On our first trip to Belize Ginger D found a pretty little island dress that looked like dresses worn in the movies. Bright, and vibrant with a large flower print. Made in China! She could have bought it at Walmart.
