EPIC in December?

Recommended Posts

Looking at this cruise- what is weather like in Late December ? will it be chilly? any suggestions for shore excursions? how's the food on epic- big variety- coming from USA is there a salad bar?

Yes. The food has always been the same ad it is in america when I've sailed ncl in Europe. A very extensive salad bar.

We were on the Spirit in Nov/Dec the other year and they started putting the Christmas decs up the day after thanksgiving.

In Barcelona it was about 12-15c bright, but we were lucky it hit 18-22c in Malaga. Temperatures can fall in Italy in December though, 0-10c. Have a look at the Historical weather websites.

The sea can be a bit rough, but I would still do this itinerary. Besides, the hot tubs will still be open (except for if it is very rough) and there is nothing more fun that doing the "hot tub dash" when its raining/cold/night time :D
