Jewel Aft Balcony Chairs?

Greetings - We will be in an aft balcony on the Jewel in Nov. 2015. I have seen some threads on the chairs that are on the balcony and am seeking clarification. What chairs are provided? Do you have to request if you want lounge chairs? If so, how/when do you make the request?

I am going on my third Aft Suite and we had loungers but I am not sure about the Balcony Cabins! It could be just a Chair!

We had an aft balcony on the Jewel in Jan 2014. I think there was one lounger and one chair. We asked the steward (with a tip) to change out the chair for a second lounger, and he did.
