Baltimore carseat friendly shuttles??

Are there any shuttles or taxis in Baltimore that provide carseats? We'd like to leave our car and carseast at the hotel but don't want our 1 and as half year old in a van unrestrained. We have a large carseat that we'd rather not have to store on board as well.
