My husband and I are booked on Istanbul to Athens on 6 Oct. Our initial deposit ---no surcharge. Final payment and booked shore excursions were charged $130 even tho we sent the payment to Miami. Guess all the banks were closed because our charge traveled all the way to Ireland to be cleared. No response from Mr. Marin or anyone else from the Miami office. Then our documents arrived----no problem with the flights out. Flights home from Athens changed from 21 Oct to 20 Oct to JFK. Flight out of JFK was 26 hours later. Our TA called the office very upset that noone had notified her of the change. She was told Delta not flying on 21 Oct out of Athens----four faxes and phone calls later, we are on Olympic on 21 Oct.---still no tickets in hand. We had picked out our seats in Feb.----at this late date we"ll be lucky to even be near one another. How can a company with such beautiful ships and caring crews have such an inefficient front office? Yes, we will go on the cruise. Yes, we will enjoy ourselves. Will we cruise again on Oceania????????????????????????
