Yes, lots of beach vendors. Tio Sports is a good one to google. I saw jet skis, banana boats ($10 per person to ride), paddle boards, kayaks. I don't have prices in pesos but you can get quotes ahead of time. Prices are negotiable, of course.

 

You also have to be aware of the conditions. Two of the days that we were there, the beach and marina were closed due to rough conditions. The waves were crazy high and there were no water activities allowed. Fun to watch from the beach though!
