Tea Question

Texas here, and that's how I make my sweet tea, I add the sugar to the hot brewed tea. Comes our perfect.

I'm from Ohio and thats how I make sweet tea when in a hurry. If not in a hurry (and its summertime) I make sun tea. We love to watch it brew out in the bright sun. I add the sugar to water in a one gallon jug and hang the tea bags in the water and put the strings over the edge of the jug and screw the top on. By the time its all brewed and dark the sugar will be dissolved. Oh heck now I'm craving sweet tea.

My mom is a tea fanatic, so I understand that it's really important. so I would encourage both her and you to bring what teas you would like for breakfast or other parts of the day. Bad tea is not worth drinking :)
