chloes nana Posted August 4, 2015 #1 Share Posted August 4, 2015 HI all, I just upgraded to a veranda suite "A6185" on the Zaandam. It says as one of the amenities is One-touch telephone concierge service, sooooo.. what does that entail. To me this is a veranda stateroom. I have never had a suite, per se, so can anyone enlighten me? Also is the A class larger than the B and BB or BC suites? Thanks for any enlightenment you can provide. One touch -- means speed dial to a person for reservations, appts, problems. the classes are based on what HAL thinks is the value of the location. A's are mid ship and B's are either in forward or aft locations -- although some aft verandas are A;s because of popularity.
Krazy Kruizers Posted August 5, 2015 #3 Share Posted August 5, 2015 When you call the concierge -- you are really calling the front desk. They will take care of your call and do things for you before they handle other people's needs. The majority of the A's, B's, BB's are all the same size except for a few at the rear of the ship.
