we bought jewellery in a sale on the carnival glory last november for family and friends ,the quality was terrible, some of the jewellery came apart,and others are tarnished ,has any one got this problem,we are taking another cruise in november with carnival any advise for us regarding the gifts.:(

Did you keep the paperwork from the purchase? What warranty was offered? Regarding items being "tarnished", I assume you are referring to pieces of silver? Silver tarnishes. You clean it. No big deal.

if it is the gold or silver by the inch just bring it back no receipt required. If they still have it in stock. If they dont they will give you the address to mail the piece, we did this with hubby's chain and he had been wearing it for 5 yrs. No problem at all.
