Paid in full for on board sevices online and have not reieved a reciept'

Please can anyone help me. This year I booked some on board services through the website and they asked me for full payment. I received a print out saying you have booked the following and thanks. Total was over 500 pounds and no where did it say paid in full. So i have no proof that I have paid for the services. Last year I did the same and they charged me on board, I rang MSC several times and recieved different information from them, one said try your travel agent, I actually booked and paid MSC website ,Has anyone done this before and had any trouble on board ? All I want is a receipt that says paid for the services, as its alot of money and I dont want any problems on board. Thanks if anyone can help
