West Bay or Upachaya snorkel

We are cruising next month and I'm trying to decide between hanging out in West Bay or going to the snorkel tour through Upachaya.

 

I actually have reserved Upachaya already, but now I'm reading so many great things about West Bay. I'm sure we could snorkel somewhere there, right?

 

We are already doing a beach day in Cozumel and do not have any other snorkeling tours booked.

 

Just so torn...please leave your thoughts :)

I did upachaya two years ago. Very good snorkel tour. 2 stops and a pontoon boat to get in and out of. Lunch was included. I'm thinking of doing it again this year because of the ease of the boat. I did Christopher tours last year. Private tour reasonably priced. Picked up and dropped off at the pier
