Yes, we are doing that. Lotion is for face/neck, spray for the rest. I might want to go completely that route now that I've seen the prices :)

 

I know this is not what you asked but please consider getting only lotion. The spray almost always gets on the people around you and you shouldn't be inhaling that stuff anyway.

Make a friend on the roll-call forum and reimburse them for their time & effort to buy you sunscreen. There's also the sticks of sunscreen that would be small enough to pass through TSA

Just another idea. I order sunscreen and bug repellent in individual foil packets online at Amazon. Doesn't have to be in the liquid Baggie, and easy to put in carry on.
