How Early Can You Reserve Restaurants/Shows

Booked the Breakaway for October 2016. On NCL.com the only options avaliable now are the UBP, UDP, etc.. Plus 86 assorted "Packages". I figure at some point before sailing I should be able to log on and make reservations for Restaurants and Shows. Anyone know? Thanks!

100 days before sailing if you in a suite (not minisuite) or 90 days for all others. You've got a long wait!!!:D Make sure you join your roll call if there is one or start it yourself if there is not one.
