That speak easy martini is one of my absolute favorites. Can you get these specialty drinks at any bar or are they only available at the restaurants? Also are some of the wines (by the glass) only available in the specialty restaurants? You see where my priorities are..... :D

 

Enjoy the sail home! Thanks so much - you have really made my week so much better. 1 month to the date and we'll be on her. Even better that grandma will be at home with our 2 year old!

Thanks blusun, i know that some wines are not stocked at every bar, as I tried for a specific glass one day that I had in La Cucina and the bar in the casino did not stock it . Seems like most bars can make most cocktail though unless like the speakeasy where they use the different type of rim salt that some bars may not have.

Good Morning Cruise Critics, welcome to day 7 booohoooo of our Bermuda Cruise, that has become a cruise to NY :(

 

Internet is once again horrible. It was amazing in port but sailing it is the worst I have ever experienced on any ship. Oh well first world problems lol.

 

Someone asked for studio lounge pics, I finally found it and was lucky that the door was open as I believe you need to be in a studio cabin to access it.

Plan today is pack up some, explore the few remaining spots on the ship and prepare for re-acclimation into the real world lol

 

One thing we have not seen or heard about is the fireworks show, have they stopped that since our last cruise I wonder?

Seadog they have stopped all fireworks due to safety issues according to NCL.

The fireworks shows held once per cruise onboard sailings of Norwegian Breakaway and Norwegian Getaway have ended. According to Vanessa Picariello, senior director of public relations for Norwegian Cruise Line, "We always want to ensure we're focusing the best overall guest experience possible. Fireworks are technically-challenging to execute onboard and take a very large amount of manpower for an extended period of time, so those dedicated team members are then unable to serve guests in other capacities.

Interesting, thanks for the further detail. They always were well attended each time we saw them with a big cheer at the end.

 

Wonder what the team members were moved to do at 9-10pm hopefully allowed to get to sleep earlier.
