Has anyone else from the UK had problems with Carnival's UK site? Our party sails in in 2 weeks and cannot get any help from their helpline due to the wrong number posted on the website. The U.S. Site is no help as phone number does not work in the UK. Have emailed them weeks ago but got no response. Trying to get flowers etc for a very special occasion while on board and getting nowhere or is it the case that they don't do special occasions anymore. More cost cutting?

Hit up John Heald on his Facebook page. He's their brand ambassador and from the UK himself. Hopefully he can at least get you pointed in the right direction.

It's obvious why he couldn't find the pHone number.

Perhaps you can order the flowers when you get on board.

I order for our cabin on the US site, despite booking on the UK one. It's fine for cakes so flowers should be fine too.

I did say it was "Uncle"... mostly they are useless! (not really but in this case.. sorry)
