Nature Rhythm Trio

On our last Regent Cruise a Philipino Trio were on board, I think they called themselves the Nature Rhythm Trio.

 

We thoroughly enjoyed their music, they did not use backing tapes so they were somewhat limited when it came to requests. Their standard response if they could not oblige would be "sorry but this song is under construction".

 

We have two upcoming cruises on the Mariner and Voyager and it would be great to know if they were on board. They were extremely personable and were perfect to listen to with our pre-dinner drinks.

 

Can anyone tell me whether they are still under contract with Regent.

We're big fans of Nature's Rhythm trio too! Their FB page says their next contract is on the Mariner from September 6 to 13 January 2016. They are unsure what will happen after that date. If you do have a chance to be on board with them, ask them to do a few of their original songs.

Thanks Catpow were on 6th September cruise so we now have something extra to look forward to .

YEA We love these guys and follow them around. So glad to know they will be on when we are on. Particularly enjoy Blue Suede Shoes. By the way, who is the CD during this time please if anyone knows?

This trio has been on the mariner for many years , I guess we first meet them in 2007 on the South America cruise and later on that year at our Asia cruise, we really love these guys , they are doing better and better every time ,due to long cruises , we actually became very friendly with them .

It’s always nice to see them again year after year on that ship ( yes we love the Mariner) but when we boarded on the Mariner last year November in Miami , no rhythm trio to see and there was no replacement foreseen , so we were very disappointed .

At the end of the cruise and disembarking at L.A. there was a long line of new staff waiting to go on to the ship and a certain moment one of them was yelling our names , we could not see at first where it came from but one of the band members came forward to greet us , we had bit of a chat and told us that they have been on holiday back home in the Philippines and now started a new 10 month contract , told us also the one member had left the trio and was replaced by a new member , we had only a few minutes to talk and have more than happy that we could say hello .
