Steam room in the spa always broken?

I'm not sure if I just have bad luck with the spa...I've been on 9 carnival cruises and 7 or those 9 times, the steam room in the mens spa has not been working. Is this normal? Maybe I'm just not meant to be in there but I feel it so hard to believe that it is never working.

It was working on the breeze when I was on it in April . Had a spa room used the 2 steam rooms daily

all my cruises the steam room always worked

I guess it's just been my luck then....Crazy how it literally never seems to work when I go on board

The last time we where on the Conquest, the steam room wasn't working off and on during the cruise. It was working most of the time but did go down a few times when I wanted to use it??
