enchantment aft privacy?

we were in 8672 (next door to where you will be) on the 4 Sep. Canada itin- loved it!

if you choose- you can chit chat with your next door neighbors on the balcony-- but as far as I know no one could "look down" on the balcony. We introduced ourselves to the neighbors and ended up chatting with one side quite a bit. The sauna and gym are above you and one night we saw some folks that appeared to be a class or something all against the edge of the window walls of the gym area- but no issue with us. The actual "over your head" portion of that area is the spa area so very quiet.

it was a quiet, wonderful cabin. We were blessed with great weather and many nights laid out in the loungers watching the stars. Of course- if your next door neighbors are loud you're going to hear them-- but that's true for any cabin, balcony, aft balcony, inside, outside, whatever.

It had a great size balcony and we did take the now infamous "roll-a-table" with us and were so glad we did! You can order breakfast or whatever and eat at a decent height- not bending over on the smaller table they provide. Even our steward said "hey= great idea on the table" and he wiped it down for us every day. It's about 16 lbs, is considered a piece of your baggage allowance. We travel fairly light so it wasn't an issue for us. Got it from LL Bean, about $50.00. Well worth it!

The balconies are quite deep, so even though your neighbors could look around the barrier and onto your balcony, you actually will hardly ever notice them (only at sailaway, when we were all at our balcony rails). Most of time, we felt as though we had the entire ocean to ourselves (we were in cabin 8666, an aft royal family suite).

We'll be in 8172, next door to where you were, in January and are really looking forward to it! We ordered a rollup table from Cabella's and got it earlier this week. It's small enough that it will fit it DH's suitcase. The steward for those aft balconys is going to start to wonder about everyone bringing a table!! :D
