Which airport, in Rio, should we fly into that would be closest to the cruise port??

 

Only one of Rio's two airports receives international flights. It is known as Antonio Carlos Jobim airport or Galeao airport, with code GIG. It is about 30-40 minutes north of the cruise pier, depending on traffic.

If you are arriving in São Paulo at GRU, and taking a domestic flight to Rio, you could choose GIG or Santos Dumont. Santos Dumont is the closer one to the cruise pier.
